Description

High vacuum suction cleaning equipment model ELV-15, SIBRAVAC brand, equipped with a reservoir tank and liquid ring vacuum pump, installed on a truck chassis provided by the Customer, in order to make it transportable.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Reservoir Tank

Reservoir Tank Tank with cylindrical shape and domed tops, made of 3/16” (4.76 mm) thick carbon steel sheet and externally reinforced with laminated “U” beam straps, equipped with:

  • Wave breakers inside;
  • Upper mouth with float check valve;
  • Safety purifier siphon built into the tank, equipped with a vacuum gauge to control the working pressure and drain with Ø 1.1/4” ball valve; • Two tempered glass displays with practical cleaning system;
  • Cargo pipe with quick-closing valve or Ø 3” ball valve and quick-coupling nozzle, installed on the rear side of the tank;
  • Discharge pipe with quick-closing valve or Ø 3” ball valve and quick-connect nozzle, installed on the bottom of the rear cover;
  • Rear cover arranged on a hinge on the side of the tank, with opening/closing using spindles and threaded butterflies, and nitrile rubber sealing;
  • Vacuum Pump supply line with ball valve and “Y” filter Ø 1.1/4”;
  • Supports for supporting suction and discharge hoses;
  • Rear gutter to prevent waste from falling onto the truck chassis structures;
  • Side ladder with handrail, for access to the top of the tank with standard SIBRAVAC platform;
  • Fenders with mud flaps;
  • Articulated rear bumper in accordance with current CNT standards, with INMETRO approval plate;
  • Box for storing tools, PPE and operating accessories installed on the side of the truck chassis.

Suction System

Liquid ring vacuum pump model MS-280AL to operate with air displacement of 4.7 m3/minute, vacuum pressure of 720 mm.Hg (9.5 mca) and positive pressure of 1.5 Kgf/cm2, activated by pulleys and belts with a transmission system from a pneumatic coupling power take-off coupled to the truck's own gearbox.

Flow Direction Switch (3-Way Switch) for alternating vacuum or pressure, interconnected to the Vacuum Pump, water reservoir and tank through flexible PVC hoses.

Supplied Accessories

The Equipment will be supplied with the following accessories/complements.

  • 02 (two) nozzles for suction hose Ø 2”;
  • 02 (two) nozzles for Ø 3” suction hose;
  • 02 (two) blind covers for the quick-connect loading and unloading nozzles;
  • Safety cone holder;
  • Supports for scratch plates;
  • Fire extinguisher support;
  • Side protectors in accordance with legislation;
  • 02 (two) directional mobile lights installed on the upper rear part of the tank for carrying out night work;
  • 01 (one) rotating safety beacon, in amber yellow color, installed on the upper rear part of the equipment;
  • Safety valve installed on the top of the tank;
  • CTPP certificate.
